High-quality inner right-hand beltline molding for 1990–1996 Chevrolet Corvette (C4). This molding secures and seals the window-to-body seam, restores the vehicle's factory appearance, and helps prevent water intrusion and paint damage along the door and windshield interface. Precision-formed for an exact OE-style fit, it offers long-lasting corrosion resistance and a factory-correct finish, making it ideal for restoration or replacement projects. Easy to install with common hand tools and designed to work with factory retention clips and fasteners.
Features:
  • Fits 1990–1996 Chevrolet Corvette (C4) — inner right-hand (passenger side) beltline molding.
  • OEM-style fit restores factory appearance and alignment for window and trim.
  • Durable, corrosion-resistant finish helps protect paint and resist weathering.
  • Secures the window-to-body seam to reduce wind noise, vibration, and water intrusion.
  • Designed for direct replacement using existing clips and fasteners for easier installation.
  • Ideal for restoration, maintenance, or replacing damaged or worn molding.
Installation / Application:
  • Difficulty: 2/5
  • Estimated time: 30-60 minutes
Suggested Tools:
  • Plastic trim removal tool
  • Flathead screwdriver
  • Phillips screwdriver or small ratchet set (if applicable)
  • Clean lint-free cloth
  • Isopropyl alcohol or mild cleaner
  • Replacement clips or small retaining fasteners (if original are damaged)
  • Rubber mallet (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Park vehicle on level ground and roll window fully down on the side where molding will be replaced (if applicable).
  2. Carefully pry away the old molding using a plastic trim tool to release clips; remove any screws or retainers. Keep undamaged clips for reuse or replace as needed.
  3. Clean the mounting channel and surrounding surfaces with isopropyl alcohol to remove dirt, old adhesive residue, and wax for a secure fit.
  4. Test-fit the new molding into position to ensure proper alignment with door/window openings and body contours.
  5. Starting at one end, press the molding into the channel, engaging the retention clips or fasteners. Use a rubber mallet gently if needed to seat the molding without damaging the finish.
  6. Reinstall any screws or retainers removed earlier and verify that the molding sits flush and continuous along the beltline.
  7. Operate the window to confirm there is no interference and check for gaps that could allow water intrusion; apply small amounts of weatherstrip adhesive or sealant only if recommended for your vehicle.
  8. Wipe the molding and surrounding area clean and allow any adhesive or sealant to cure per product instructions before driving.
