If any speaker in your system fails to play, 99% of the time it's a bad amplifier. Unfortunately, replacing the amp requires purchasing a speaker and amp enclosure together. Normal turnaround time for refurbishment is 7-10 working days. Replacement of speakers, if necessary, can be done. However, we will call you for authorization prior to replacing a speaker.
