This is a Delco/GM replacement correct for 84-89.
Due to larger diameter magnet on this speaker, you may have to remove some foam from inside of the dash pad on the passenger side.
This speaker is designed to be used with the original / stock radios. If you have a custom / upgrade radio you will need the upgrade speakers.
When using in 78-82 you will need adapter harness 523112 to use with stock radio
Electrical components such as speakers are non-returnable parts.
Always refer to a factory service manual when diagnosing engine service problems. You can damage electrical components if the proper procedures are not followed. Be sure you are replacing the correct part.
