These calipers are a direct bolt on replacement for 65-82 Corvettes. The calipers start with a forged aluminum body. The factory cast iron caliper weighs in at 13.2 lbs, and ours is only 5.8 lbs.
They are fitted with stainless steel pistons and sealed by square cut O-rings retained in the bore by a groove in the caliper body. The caliper also incorporates stainless steel bridge wear plates with a spring-loaded bow shape to dampen pad vibration and harmonics.
Fits inside factory 65-82 Steel Wheels 63-66 Knock Off Wheels/67 Bolt-on Wheels will require a spacer
