OVERSIZE 1DeWitt Radiator's DIRECT FIT™ Corvette aluminum radiators are designed to install into the stock mounting and use the factory connections without any modifications or adapters. The term DIRECT FIT™ gets thrown around a lot today. Many companies offer replacement radiators and most of them require some alterations, even when they claim they fit. Each DIRECT FIT™ radiator starts with a USA made core, furnace brazed in our own furnace. Our cores feature two rows of cooling tubes, serpentine fin and they are epoxy free. Press formed end tanks are manually tig welded by expert craftsmen, providing the ultimate in strength and appearance. Many companies build Corvette radiators, only one specializes in it.

This package includes our Direct Fit aluminum radiator and the Spal 2360 cfm fan. The fan is mounted directly to the radiator with a full coverage aluminum shroud. This package is designed to eliminate the factory engine driven fan and shroud. The factory shroud will fit over the electric fan if you prefer to keep it in place. The kit includes one wire harness and temperature switch.
DeWitts™ aluminum radiators are made in Michigan and 100% of the manufacturing process is managed in house. Our CAB brazing furnace allows us to produce the finest aluminum cores in the industry. We have the capability to build custom aluminum radiators with a variety of tube widths and fin designs. We have several fin machines to produce the type of fin required for your application. Most of our radiators are assembled with press-formed end tanks. This eliminates the fabrication seams and potential leak points of a common box tank. It also provides an original look for those classic cars. Every radiator is available with our Black Ice Coating. We have expanded our line to many other makes and models.
